Wellcome to cooking and baking courses in Warsaw (Poland).The courses are given by an experienced cook and a Dr Food Engineer. Everyday has a different course concept, mainly from Mediterranean cuisine:

Wednesday: meat dishes and sauces and/or chicken dishes and sauces
Thursday: Vegetables dishes, starters, salads and mezes
Friday: sea food and sauces

Baking: bread and other bakery: baguette, ciabatta, different shaped breads, artisan breads, sourdough breads, foccaccia, fougasse, olive bread, pitta (pide), simit, lavash, ...

Cakes and deserts: warm chocolate cakes, soufflees, brownies, creme brulee, baked rice custard, crepes, tiramisu, pies, creme caramel, pavlova, cheesecake, profiterols, meringues, tarts,...

Meat dishes and sauces: marination techniques of the meats, wrapped (coated) ways of cooking meats, roasting, grilling, stuffing techniques, gravy, mixed vegetables sauce, Napoliten and other tomato sauces (Mediterrenean style), creamy sauces, Bordelaise sauce (wine sauce),..

Chicken dishes and sauces: marination techniques of chicken meats, chicken in mushroom creamy sauce, chicken braised in red wine, coq au vin, stuffed-fried chicken breast, grilling, Napoliten sauce, chicken jus, chicken cordon bleu,...

Sea food and sauces: gravlax (salmon in salty crust), baking fish, baked salmon in papillote, olive oil poached salmon with leek confit soup, braising, grilling, frying, fish soup (eg bouillabaisse), moules Provençales, romesco sauce, raw tomato sauce, red pepper sauce, beurre noisette sauce, prawn and vegetable crostini, gratin of mussels with pesto, prawn cocktail, insalata di mare, salad Niçoise, ..

Courses are from October 2011 to June 15, 2012.

☺ An experienced, ambitious and a desirous cook

Daily course schedule is as follows: every day: 13:00-16:00
Fee: 300 PLN; per day, per person
☺Price includes; all the cooking materials, including ingredients and kitchen equipment
☺The course is conducted in a home kitchen, where fully equipped with necassary tools.
(!) Course time may change according to your schedule

Each day, 3-recipe will be choosen and prepared with you. At the end, you can take whatever you prepared to your home with you to serve beloved ones of you. The choice of the recipes will be made together with you; please write an e-mail. to Teslime for your choice of recipes. The 3 hrs planned schedule/day may be longer, depending on the chosen recipes ☺
